How to Join
Full Membership of the Forum for Citizens’ Cards in Wales (FCCW) is open only to representatives of the various local authorities in Wales.
The Constitution provides for the Steering Group to agree the annual membership fees, covering the twelve month period April to March. This fee allows (at least) two delegates to attend all members’ meetings of FCCW and to have access to the private area of the FCCW website as well as to participate in the affairs of FCCW, as a member of the Steering Group (subject to the approval of members) and to vote on proposals at the Annual Meeting – potentially including changes to the Constitution.
Daily fees (as agreed by the Steering Group) per delegate will be levied upon those local authorities wishing to attend members meetings but who have not yet taken up full membership of FCCW.
Currently the fees agreed by the Steering Group are:-
Full member annual membership Fee £500
Non member delegate daily fee £150
The Steering Group is empowered to consider applications from other public bodies and/or organisations for Associate membership on such terms as it feels appropriate.
